Odoobravo Lab Return Policy


1. General Policy


At Odoobravo Lab, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your software, hardware, or services, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Software returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.


Conditions: The software must be uninstalled and any licenses deactivated. Proof of purchase is required.


Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return is approved.


3. Hardware Returns


Eligibility: Hardware returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.


Conditions: The hardware must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Services  Installation  Integration  and Implementation Training 


Eligibility: Service-related returns are accepted within 14 days of service completion.


Conditions: A detailed explanation of the dissatisfaction with the service is required. Proof of service purchase is required.


Refund Process: Refunds for services will be processed within 14 business days after the return is approved. Partial refunds may be issued based on the extent of services rendered.


5. Non-Returnable Items


•  Customized software or hardware.


•  Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the customer.


•  Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
